Need some help with shaking.

I just replaced the stock header pipe with a Rhinehart header pipe, put the Screaming Eagle slip ons backon, added a Ness Big Sucker, and installed the PCIII that Jamie set up for me. Started the bike and it ran a little rough, waited for the PC to adjust. The bike has a lot of pickup, but when deceling in first,second gear the bike shakes (almost like I am running second gear to low), and at idle the bike shakes like a bustard. Much more shake the normal. I am wondering if Jamie put the wrong map in. Any thoughts on this?
Also how can I check for an exhaust leak, there is no decel pop, but when I give it the throttle, I hear a noise, I don't think it is coming from the big sucker, but it might.

Hmmmmm. You might have a loose or broken rubber engine mount.....that would explain the shaking, especially at idle and at slowing, throttle off.

Check to make sure your head pipe or heat shields are not touching the frame. Make sure you have clearance around your rear brake pedal.

Check your mounts, if they are fine then I would think since it started after you installed the PCIII then you might need to make sone adjustments to smooth it out. I'm not experienced with the PCIII but i'm sure someone here can help you.
