I put on a set of 2006 CVO mufflers, but replaced the baffles with Full Sac 1.75" first. The muffles were brand new, but had been sitting in a box on the dealer's backroom self for 8 years (found them on ebay). I didn't want loud, just not as tame as stock Harley. These are pretty good, maybe even a little too quiet - but happy with the results. My bike is a '12 Ultra Limited.
Ok, here is what I did Thursday night to my stock Jackpot 4" baffles, I welded a washer to the end of both baffles, I had rigged a washer to the quiet baffle but I am betting this weld that with the stock baffles it will be good for me...we will find out soon.
+100 for the fullsac recores. Part of my reciew on their website
My thought was that the exhaust would be too loud with nothing but the replacement baffle tube. The directions say to save/cut the stock packing and shove it down in the muffler housing to deaden the sound more, but mine were destroyed while removing the stock baffles. Oh, well, at that point we were all in and had to run JUST the supplied replacement baffles.
Boy am I glad we did. They sound amazing! They are barely louder than stock at idle/cruising, but have a much deeper rumble. You really hear the difference upon acceleration. I am beyond pleased. It actually sounds like a Harley now! ]
Very easy to install yourself, they sound great, not too obnoxious for neighborhood ****'s, but still sounds like a Harley
OK, went for a ride with the Jackpot 4" with stock baffles and the lollipop welded and it is perfect for me...it smooth out the sharp droning sound, made it a bit more mellow, barks enough when i stomp on it but mellows out good for touring...HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY...

I have been "playing" with the DK Custom's torque inserts (lollipops) off and on for the last couple weeks. When time permits I am going to move them closer to the end of the baffle and ride bike again. I appreciate the effort of your posts and pics.
