Hey, I have a 2001 Electra Glide flht and I can not find a website that sells front fairings with the gauges, and stereo already installed. The closest Google will show me is Electra Glide Fairings for Road Kings. I will settle for a fairing without gauges as long as it has a good sound system, and even then google wants to redirect me to Road King fairings..
I need some assistance locating a website that sells these for Electra Glides.
if not and you're looking for a stock fairing; inner, outer, gauges, radio, necessary brackets, etc. then your best bet is going to be one of the salvage yards like Robs unless you're going to piece it all together and in which case I would refer you to post # 2
The stock fairing had already been removed before I bought the bike. I also didnt really want to build one from scratch which is the only option I could ever find. Thanks for the links! I'll check them out.
Rob.. I would think any of the aftermarket fairings that say will fit any touring bike will work on your EG. to my knowledge they all mount the same way to the forks on the touring bikes, 2 bolts on each side where your passing lamps attach.
I can give a positive report for Woody's fairings. I put one on my 09 RK. It came with both inner and outer fairings, 4 weather proof speakers, a 12v power port and a cover for the radio. It came in black gel coat. I have added a Kenwood receiver, Alpine amp and a 10 recurve windshield and I had it painted vivid black. All told, I am in to it about $1100. With loosing the four acorn nuts and disconnecting the power (I wired it with a weather proof connector), it comes off in about 1 minute when I want either the old RK look or no windshield at all. I like options.
Thanks for the links, but I still didnt find one. I have wondered about that UltraNutZ.but they still never mention EG's in the descriptions lol I'll probably try contacting a couple of the websites admins and see what they say about it.
