The dreaded green connecter is very fragile! It doesn't take much to break it. I personally went with the CVO one that should come on all bikes. It makes the install a breeze

I would recommend swapping to the SE sensor grip. It eliminates the little green connector which is easily damaged when internally wiring bars, plus it is longer and when installing my 16" apes I didn't need to extend the wiring at all.

Do a search on TBW connector damage or similar and you'll see what happens.

The Wild1 website has pictures plus a part number for the SE sensor.

Or you can cut the green plug out and solder your wires back together and save that $100!!!
Works just fine.

2010 Limited with some stuff

I'm in the middle of a PY Monkey bar install and I just picked up the CVO TBW unit from my local dealer (104.00). I didn't want to deal with a connector inside the bar nor did i want to deal with any soldering. Well worth the additional expense to me.........
