Are the Harley headsets waterproof? I have mine rigged up to my half helmet but just realized that I don't know if they'll survive riding through the rain like that.

 

The rest of the bike is, so it would be a surprise if the headset isn't. Harley has made headsets for donkey's years! It'll be interesting to hear other member's experience. I use a headset built into my helmet, so rain doesn't matter.

 

Don't know if they are waterproof but I have used mine in the rain a few times with no issues.

 

I figured the mic assembly would be since it's designed to be mounted to the helmet but the speakers are really meant to be inside I think. Hoping not to kill them when I hit rain.
