My 2012 flhtk with just about the same combination as what you have. I had the FM 2-1-2 header, power vision tuner, the FM ac and the 4.5" pro touring pipes. I also had an unwanted gurgle that I noticed in that split second when shifting gears. In that split second the bike normally quieted down then came back alive as I rolled on the throttle again. I had asked the same question as you have and received the same type of answers. That gurgle bugged me do much that on my 2014 i have yet to add the header to my new set up I have the tuner, ac and 4" dyno tuned mufflers.
When I was running the V&H dresser duals I never had it, now that I run a 2-1 I do.
Never heard of tuning it out, I think you would have to change your set up to eliminate it. I actually prefer it, I'm told it sounds like a race car when I engine brake by my riding buddies.

Thanks bkgabby, helps to know I'm not loosing it. Yep, gurgle may be a better description, also as you let go off the throttle rolling at 30mph+, sound like a diesel truck braking it down to slow down. Anyway, I created this beast to cool things down, which it did greatly, just haven't got use to all of the barking. I was told because of the design of the header, the 2" chamber would be the culprit in comparison to a crossover header having a larger chamber, but maybe a loss in torque, go figure. Will give it some time, may have to go back to stock header and take a loss on the FM 2-1-2 header, should be able to get most of my $$ back on resale, hopefully. Anyone else with the same setup, would like to hear from.
My 14 Limited with V&H power duals and High Outputs does the diesel engine brake thing on hard decel. Don't care for it really. Took it back to a very respected tuner and he said there not too much you can do with a large can muffler like that. I've learned to live with it since I love the sound of this setup in all other situations. Most of the time you can eliminate it by not shutting off at higher rpms. But it does kinda suck riding the twisties when you're at high rpm and speeding up and slowing down a lot. It's really not the sound so much I don't like, but the braking sensation.
Resolution to problem.... Installed FM's 4" Jackpot Tunable Quiet Baffle only on the right side. Pretty much muted the off the throttle gurgle, perhaps the back pressure from the baffle helped, still got the low tone with out all of the back talk.
