I know the newest se compensator requires the adhesive MX6 something by lords. Has anyone used something else with good results and what was it. If nobody has used something else where did you get the adhesive besides the dealer.

Go to any auto parts store and look at their epoxy isle. There are plenty out there that will work. I went with one that had a high temp rating. "Blue Steel".

Thanks I will check that out. Was not sure if something like JB weld would work. Not a big fan of JB but didn't even think of anything else.

I used a 2 part epoxy from Permatex. Permapoxy I believe it was called. Just make sure to check the heat ratings on whatever you get. I found pretty much all epoxys were good for plastic to metal but a lot of them were only good for around 150 degrees. The stuff I found is rated for 350 degrees.
