You guys hit it right on the head. It was those 2 bottom cap screws on the tranny right side cover where the exhaust bracket attaches. I had previously checked all the other screws on that cover and they were tight, so assumed the two bottom ones that I couldn't get to were also tight. Wrong. Got the ball end of an allen wrench on them, and they turned easily. That's good, found the problem. Tightening them up took a bit longer. I used a small right-angle ratchet screwdriver that took 1/4 inch bits. Cut off a short piece of 1/4 allen, put it in the ratchet screwdriver like a screwdriver bit, and got that in there. That got it tightened up real well. Wiped off everything with brake cleaner, put new wax on the exhaust cover and air filter cover (I changed the element, it was nasty), and its now good to go.

Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Worthless Harley dealer gave me a new clutch cable and f'd with that bracket. I went for a pretty substantial ride and guess how much oil was lost/ended up putting in my 2011 Ultra? Give up? over 28 ozs. I was PISSED!!!
