If you know who the dealer was that did the work and give them the VIN, they should have a record on the computer. I called Lake Shore HD and they told me my bike had an ECM Flash and Stage One.

Neither.

Buy the Harley Davidson Service Manual. Part # 99483-03A or # 99497-03
AND the Harley Davidson Parts Manual. Part# 99456-03B
AND if you don't have one, the Harley Davidson Owner's Manual. Part # 99466-03

Look on eBay, they are around half price used, or go to the dealer and order them...

I'm the 3rd owner of the bike and was told by the 2nd owner (seller) that the original owner had the work done. Other than the word of the seller how can I verify? Do Harley shops tend to keep service or mod records of work performed?

Thanks for the info. I'll be calling my local dealership tomorrow.
