Seems I've been asking alot of questions about accessories but there's alot out there. I saw that Rivco makes a center stand and being that this is my first Harley, it feels strange not having a center stand.
Does anyone have one on their bike and do you like it? Do you have to remove the stock kick stand?
Thanks for you help! Bill

Bill,
Here's my view on the center stand. If you want to clean the bike, it might be ok, but Harley's belong on Jiffy Stands. That is their look and style. I had to get used to it when I bought my first Harley years ago. I use a lift to raise it up for cleaning, other than that...it's on the jiffy stand.
I just don't like the looks of the center stands on the harley's.

I don't mind opinions at all. I agree that Harley's belond on Jiffy stands (pardon the "kickstand" error) that's why I was asking if you had to remove the Jiffy stand. Just sometimes a center stand is good in tight areas and when cleaning. Cleaning is a whole other issue. Never worried about my rice burners. Just rode'm hard and put'm away dirty. Can't do that with this beauty. Not crazy about the whole cleaning and polishing part but it's got to look good. Getting faster as I discover better ways to get it done though.
Not to tell ya what to do....but with all the identity theft nowadays.....I would not have my name address date of birth posted on the internet

Maybe it's just my cop training kicking in.
Not sure if it is the same but I have the "display" stand that mounts at the lower front of the frame and the jiffy stays for normal use. I think it is very handy and would not own a bagger without one. It is different from most center stands in that it does not raise either wheel off the ground while in use.

I wouldn't worry about this to much Mark. That ID doesn't have anything on it that I can't already lookup and get on the internet anyway.
