The dealer is wrong.....if you got the kit installed at time of purchase or within 60 days of you bike purchase the kit is under your 2 yr factory warranty. Any issues you have should be a warranty issue and any dealer should be able to handle your problem. I work as a Service Manager and have never refused warranty service to any harley owner regardless of where you purchased your bike. I guess the dealer has more business that he can handle and does not need or want your business. I apology as a harley representative that he refuses to help you. I would suggest you call harley or email them and express your concern and never go back to that dealer for any parts or service. Drive the extra miles to go to a dealer who wants to give you the service that you deserve.......
