Are there measurements that I can make to tell if my bike has had any front suspension mods a far as height?

 

i think there is a rough way to tell, it has to do with the length of the cow bells in relationship to the top of the fender. if bottom of cow bell goes a lot past top of the fender there it may be lowered. not sure how much stock is past the top of the fender tho........... perhaps someone else has a clearer answer
