The link to download the parts list worked for me. Hopefully that helps some folks out.

The copy and paste is a bit hard to decipher though.

If you're taking off an electraglide batwing you can probably sell that. I know I'm wanting to add a batwing to my road king, I like the Hoppe, Reckless, Tsukayu, etc ones. How much you think you'd want for the original?

I will be selling the batwing, it will include inner, outer, stock shield, interconnect harness, headlight, and brackets. I am reusing my gauges and radio radio. I will also be listing many batwing related parts like trim rings, driving lights fairing wings, fork baffle, fork deflectors extra windshields ect.

It's going to be a little while until I am ready to sell that stuff though.

Questions on fairing wire harness. According to the parts lists, there are many harnesses with the same part #, but end in a different -xx year number, and there is quite a bit of price difference from 06 to 07 and a big jump down in 2010.

Does anyone know what the differences are for the Fairing interconnect harness on 06, to 07, or 2010+'s.

The radio is the same, not sure about the gauges, and connection to the main harness. Found a used one from an 07, not sure if it will work. If I need to buy new, I would prefer the 2010+ harness pricing, but not sure if it will work.

Anyone know what all options I have, or do I need to stick with the 06 only?

Also, got my next part coming, found a used set of fairing support brackets for a great price over on the RG forum.

The list LOOKS long but considering you can cross off all the "international" stuff and a lot are nuts and bolts, it is not that overwhelming. I have done it and since you're going from an Ultra to a RG, except for the fairing and mounts, you already have the pricey stuff.

I guess my quick question is, why? Why spend this kind of money on a conversion when, this coming season Harley-Davidson will reintroduce the road guide in several different forms. One of which has not yet been announced by the way. But again back to my main question why would you want to do this what is the advantages?
