I have them on my 09 w 40k miles. Great addition if you don't plan on doing anything more than air and exhaust. I highly recommend them

I just took my xied,s off. installed a FM Micro Tuner yesterday. Runs better. When i had the xied,s on with just teh Arlen Ness Big Sucker, it ran great. Has soon as i put on Fuel Motos 4.5 Pro Touring mufflers, it started pinging on the highway in 6th gear on a 85 degree day. I changed out my xied,s to the micro tuner and im a happy camper. the xied,s are for sale. 50 takes em

My 2014 Street Glide has stock intake & exhaust, I did buy some FL-ViED-10 from a
forum member who did a Stage-1 and used a tuner on his setup. With the adjustment
on the FL-ViED-10 that I am running (14.0:1 air to fuel) the Bike runs good & a little
cooler then all stock. When I change the Header pipe for one with no Catalytic Converter
in it, I will turn the FL-ViED-10 to full rich on the mixture. I do plan on keeping intake
and mufflers stock for a while to see how the Bike runs, I will check both mileage & heat
at that time.

I'm a big fan of the XiED. I wrote about it on my 2009 bike. The post is here: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softa...ggestions.html

I had no problems with the mod and the mileage penalty wasn't significant. The improved ride-ability was noticeable.

I installed the adj xied's with Boyesen intake and Supertrapp 4" stout slip ons on my 2014 limited, bike runs great, 42 mpg average and never lacks for power. Just turned 10,800 miles today.

I was thinking of trying the FL-Vied's with head pipe to remove the cat, screaming eagle intake and the stock mufflers. Anybody else running a similar setup? Feedback?

Just want a smooth good runner and stock is fine. Thanks for the info.
I put the non-adjustable ones on my '14 RK to even out the slow speed surging. They do the job. I don't plan on any other engine mod.

2013 FLHTK
My set up with XIED's - Vance and Hines Dresser Duals and Twin Slash Slip-Ons, Arlen Ness Big Sucker, the HD Stage 1 download. The exhaust change removes a lot of heat, my wife likes it because her right foot is no longer on fire with the removal of the cat. Stage 1 download was done before the bike was ridden, the XIED's were the last mod and give great throttle response, no drive-ability issues or problems and help cool off the engine.
