yes, the 7" headlight will fit from 2014 back to 1949...I have a 2009 headlight in my 1953- with a 6 volt bulb.
your swap will be pretty simple.
alot of HD parts interchange years and models, many of us use a parts manual to track changes and "what fits what"...the last 2 digits of most HD parts numbers indicate the year the part was introduced.
a B, C, D etc means the part has been revised- this doesn't affect fitment.
multiple letters like "CLY" may be a color code for painted parts
an online parts manual is here:

and model
then the assembly you are interested in- these are exploded diagrams so really handy if you are fixin' on something
in your case the headlight reflector on the Ultra is a "2005" part. the spot bracket is a 1996 part- i think...
you can go back and forth between 2 models to see which use the same part
