Redownloaded file from website ... Check
Formatted thumb drive (64GB) ... Check
Only dragged iso file into root directory of thumb drive ... Check
Turned radio off, connected thumb drive, then turned radio on ... Check
It still didn't work! I'm sure I'm doing everything right...
Looks like I'll be going to the dealer with my tail between my legs...

Fixed the problem.
Thanks to all who contributed.
I didn't realise that the software was region specific. I was downloading from the US website but I am in Australia. I needed to be downloading from the Australian HD website.
