4" Daymaker LED Auxiliary Lamps
I purchased these lamps in June of 2011. Last week I noticed that one of the lamps was out. I troubleshot the lamps and came to the realization it was burned out. I contacted the dealer where I bought them and was told they are out of warranty.
I then contacted HD Customer Care. The initial person I spoke with took information from me, and then told me they were having problems with some of the lamps and that he was going to transfer me to someone that will help me get the lamp replaced. I was transferred to a person in the parts department. She then told me the lamp was no longer under warranty, and that she couldn't replace it.
I'm kind of disappointed that one person told me one thing and another person another thing. Especially when LED lamps are supposed to last longer than sealed beams.
Anyone else have an issue with these? Anyone have a single lamp they want to sell?
