Default LRS windshield help

I'm trying to figure out what size to get for 2010 road king. I have done many searches and it just makes me more confused. My bike is lowered 1" in the rear only and then I have a La Pera silhouette seat which is probably 2" lower then the stock seat and you sit about 2" further back then the stock seat. I sat on the bike with my 20" stock shield and taped a paper towel on the outside of the windshield at 18" above the headlight and then again at 16" above the headlight then sat on the bike as I normally do. For me the 18" mark would have me looking through the shield and the 16" mark I could look over it so I'm thinking 16" right?? I'm 5' 11" and when doing searches I find a lot of guys the same height saying the 19" (I thought they 18") was good and they were looking over the top of the shield so this what is confusing. Can my aftermarket seat and lowered bike be that much of a difference?
