Anyone using the Clearview Recurve windshield on a Lo? I want to be able to look over the windshield and with the lower seat height, not sure if the 17.5 windshield will be low enough to see over. I have a stock seat and bike is not lowered. Im 5.8 tall. Ive had a Clearview on a batwing and liked it, just not sure with the shield on the Lo as far as height. Thanks for any help.
You may not be able to see over the curve of the 17.5, I'm 6'0" and I have a 15" Clearview with reverse curve and it is just a little low for me. The stock 20" is to tall.
Since you don't have a shield call Clearview and ask them about fitment.

I do have the detachable black frame shield from HD, its a 20inch. I did not see a lesting for the 15 Clearview. Did you custom order it? I did some measuring on my shield with tape and the 17.5, i would still look through. Let me know. Thanks.

Thanks, yea i ended up finding it and did the measurement on my shield and with my short little ***, it will put the top of the shield right in my line of sight. Im screwed. Bright side, it saved me $170.00. Any lower and it would look stupid with the king size fairing bracket. Thanks for all the help. Looks like ill have to make sure and keep the RainX on it for rain.
I don't want to look thru the shield. Even a flat shield gives a lot of distortion. The reverse curve gives even more distortion. I prefer to look over the shield with the to the shield even with my upper lip.

Troupe, can you send me a pick of your bike from the front with the shield, id like to see what it looks like. It looks better than i thought from the side. I dont like looking thru the shield either but lowering the billboard look of it is probably better than nothing. Thanks
