T-bags Dakota or Dekker Supreme. I've just got the Dakota and that thing is BIG. For protection the Dekker is probabaly better, that thing has some serious foam around it.
TRy the one from Sac it is exactly the same as the harley by Sac bag without the HD name on the bag which reduces the price you can buy directly from their website.
I don't have a specific suggestion for the Tour Pak rack, but I use T-Bag's passenger seat bag and I'm very impressed by the quality. Also, I like the built in rain protection covers they use.

well as for the dekker you would have to find one on the rack because i had one on order for 6 months and they still said another month (as of the first of april) so i canciled that order and ordered the kuryakyn bag, i think it called the tourdecker which is a hellofa bag. its got a handle with wheels on it plus alot more options that mad it the choice for me. as for the dekker bag i think they are trying to get rid of it and replace it with the dakota, the reason i say that is i called t-bag and they didnt know when they were going to be delivered but tried to convince me into the dakota and told me that it was a better bag and had more room but if you do the math it doesnt. it was the way the salesman went about it kind of give me the idea that it was going to be discontenued.
i would check into this bag, if they carry theone that you like thats the bag to go with. it carries a life time warranty and they say they are a great company to deal with and stand by there product.
I have a T-Bags Dekker Supreme, and love the thing.
Adds the same amount of storage as another tour pak, and fits perfectly to the Rack.
With the foam in it, it provides excellent protection for electronics, and with he foam out gives you great space.
I also like the fact it is not real high causeing a more top heavy feeling on the bike. And the builtin rain cover works great.
The tie down system is also pretty slick, four quick realease clips, and it's off and into your room.
I use the one HD sells. It's made specifically for the premium tour pak rack. Been using it for about 9 years with no problems. It will expand if you need it to. Cost is about $95.00 and change.
