I trailer mine in an enclosed trailer and I never get double billed. Mine is located under the fairing. I have trailered from MA to WV the last 3 summers hitting the MassPike, Tappan Zee bridge, GS Parkway, PA tolls and never had a double tap.

Mine is in the fairing also.
Just got back from OBX and I taped double layer of alum. foil over the area where it is and no problems.
The ez pass WILL work thru a aluminum trailer.
Towed to Sturgis last year and paid double tolls everwhere. Did not cover with foil.
