Not to sound wrong, but I've never seen or heard of a new vehicle NOT coming with the owner's manual. I'm pretty sure it's required by law, due to all of the safety warnings.

I can see doing it annually if there is extreme temperature change and moisture, but my garage is climate control and stays 65 in the winter and 75 in the summer. Advantages of being an HVAC guy. I am going to buy a manual this weekend.
