Harley performed warranty work, now won't start/idle cleanly.
Brought my (newish to me) 08 Street Glide into our local dealership last week just for them to upgrade the HK Stereo firmware (didn't have luck myself originally). Well while there they mentioned a recalled part they could work on as well, I don't know specifically what it was but had to do with the fuel filter (cartridge maybe?).
He said the warranty was under 010135, but didn't have any luck with my google-fu there.
Anyway, rode it home and didn't notice a big problem (bike was already warm, not a long ride home with no stop lights) then had to put away for the weekend. Noticed immediately this week cranking the bike over takes much longer than expected, and doesn't sound healthy. Warm starts are certainly a bit better. Also, if cold and I don't stay on the throttle the bike has a good chance of sputtering out on me, and even after warm it will lose RPM and pop back to life a bit at idle.
I'm not very mechanically inclined (tech kid) and so just asking if it's anything I can adjust or if I need to bring back in. Maybe it's just too lean/rich now?
The bike has True Duals and a Bassani exhaust (possibly all 1 unit?).
Thanks much! Would be glad to provide a video or any more information if requested.
