Depends on what bike, This is a Streetglide rear fender & fascia it could be from a CVO Streetglide. The CVO one your probably thinking of has no antenna hole & the tail lights are led panels in the sides of the fascia.
I'm doing this mod on my 2012 limited. Here is what your probably thinking of.

I had a 2012 CVO that had accident from rear and give it back to my insurance
The lights for side fender was option and i did not get it with Light, Also i had a choice from two different and i chose this one with turn signal option
