I had this on my 06 Ultra for two seasons.
In excellent condition with no
Scratches or nicks.

Can the sensor plugs be unscrewed, or have they been tack welded or anything like that? I have an '08 with sensors.

Also, does it also include the oil pan bracket and bolts (not shown in your photos).

They are just plugs they screw out.

Oil pan bracket is shown in photo.
its the p- clamp in middle
