I believe the 08 is the same as the 06 is that correct? Are there holes for fairing mount mirrors or anything other than oem?

Yes they are the same. No holes other than OEM.

Don't beat him up to bad...
$125 shipped is an excellent price expecially since the shipping may cost him as much as $60 for the Over Sized box the inner fairing will have to be shipped in...

I checked that out, priority mail USPS 2 to 3 days $60.00. Slow boat from China $30.00 6 to 10 days

the '08 is different from the '06 I believe. the '08 has throttle by wire, correct? so there are no holes for the throttle/idle cables that '07 and earlier bikes need.
