is the hi-flow complete w/ backing plate ? also it's a washable filter correct. it's off of a SG injected 96" ? Thanks Jim

Yes it's complete with backing plate all bolts and it's a washable filter. Came off of a 08 StreetGlide 96 ci FI...also includes chrome cover and HD rain sock.

All powdercoated parts are gloss black.

Big Sucker was sold to mrthinkshesfunny. He was the first that said I will take it. Many asked questions but no one made a commitment to buy or say they would send funds. Sorry for and misunderstandings. Asking questions and saying I will take it are two differents things.
