I can't find a part number anywhere on this but on the adjustment handle is the HD logo. It came on my recently purchased used 07 Street Glide. I changed to a badlander seat and can't use this with that seat. Its "used" but no signs of it....bolts to the top of the rear fender in the seat area....and the adjustment lever bolts under the frame on the right side(comes with nut and bolt for this, the main bracket uses factory hardware). It has a little air "shock" that allows for your to position the back rest wherever its most comfortable. Its a great set up, I just went a different route with the seat. Comes with all you see in the pictures.
It only took about 10 minutes to remove and from what I could see no mod's were made to the bike to make it fit.
I prefer Pay Pal for payment. $230 plus shipping....most likely about $15
