According to Wild 1's... yes they will work with stock cables but they'll be tight. 10" is the highest you can go before changing out cables. I switched out some of my cables as I wanted the extra slack and I needed a new idle cable for my cruise. Let me know if you are interested.

Yes, they are sitting wrapped up and ready to go!

NOTE: I noticed in your sig pic that you have a FLHT, these bars will not work with a batwing fairing from my understanding. Just wanted to give you a heads up in case they were for your E.Glide.

Yes, they are notched for throttle by wire. They will work perfect for your wife's Road King.
