09up C&C solo seat

Bought this from a member on here in hopes it would save me some money but it's just not working out. The seat is in perfect condition and is comfortable but with my back surgery I need something different. It has all the attaching hardware, memory foam, and has a really nice bottom covering to protect your finish. Asking what I paid 4 days ago...$175 plus shipping. I have the C&C solo w/backrest (awesome seat), they fit 08 up.

Hard to tell from pics on phone, is seat all black or does it have something red on it?

It's vinyl so you don't have to worry about the elements.
