Have her get a stress ball and build up some strength in her hands. The TG has a hydraulic clutch so not much can be done

Harley does make a "reduced reach" handlebar. The left grip is only about half the thickness so it makes the reach to the lever less. The only problem I can see is the limited choice of grips.
I don't know of any others on the market. Go to Harley web site & download an accessory catalog, or better yet hit your dealer up for a printed one. Should be free.

Amazon.com: RSD Regulator Brake/Clutch Lever Set - Black Ops 0062-4004-SMB: Automotive Amazon.com: RSD Regulator Brake/Clutch Lever Set - Black Ops 0062-4004-SMB: Automotive

Find them for your bike and year model. Seems to work well for small hands.

Not sure if it will help with the hydraulic clutch, BUT with wife's '09 and '11 trikes she had a hell of a time with the clutch pull. Chemotherepy did a number on her hand strength. Our local dealer knew she had a 96" Deluxe and had no problems with that clutch. They removed the clutch spring on her trike and replaced it with the lighter spring for the 96cid engine. Problem solved!! She says she doesn't have a problem with her '14 trike, guess she has increased the strength in her hands. Good Luck!!

The hydraulic clutch is the new style Slip'n Assist clutch. It doesn't have a replaceable diaphragm spring. There are three compression springs. To my knowledge there is no aftermarket replacement springs to stiffen or reduce the clutch disc down force.

P/N 1723 with the Harley low model thinner grips is about as good as it can get!

I noticed when I bought my 2015 the clutch is hard to pull I came off of a BMW you could pull that clutch with 2 fingers any hydraulic clutch that I've ever pulled has always been a one to two finger pull I don't know why Harley Davidson hydraulic clutch is so hard to pull
