With my 11 Tri i run a strap though the front wheel.. And one strap on each side of the tie-down loops under the rear axel.
As stated above, I strap through the front wheel forward into a wheel chock, Then through the rear wheels with axle straps and cross tie down straps pulling rearward so back end can not jump left or right. I also strap to the tie down loops pulling forward.
I just sold my Aluma MC10 trailer and bought a Aluma TK1 trailer. I won't be loading it or trying it until next week, but it has tie down hooks for securing around rear axle plus hooks toward the front of the trike.
I am thinking I will ratchet it onto the trailer about like my Ultra, except I will be using hooks on back axle as part of equation.

Be interested on how you like the new trailer. Been looking at one myself.

As you know steel trailers down here don't last long. My Aluma MC10 was a 2014 but this Aluma TK is built much heavier and looks better, but it only weighs a little more.
I found a new 2016 at Tropic Trailer (Ft. Myers) and they came off the "sticker" price a little bit. Sold my 2014 on Craig's List. I did a search and couldn't find a used one within a couple hundred miles. I pulled the other one around 3,000 miles and never knew it was back there, they pull really good with 14" wheels and torsion axles.
