Okay question to the expert, I checked my oil dipstick in my 2017 trike (checked the oil hot and waited like 8-10 minutes before checking) and it shows that I need oil, please see the pic I posted, how much oil I should start with. I do not want to overfilled. Thank you
Casper, why you think I should not add oil? On the dipstick it shows is missing 2 dots on the top of it and missing all the dots on the bottom of the stick. (I called the top where it shows on the jiffy stand, and bottom upright) Thanks.

Just out of curiosity, who did your last oil change? Your dealer? Or you?
My dealer did the 1k service. I am at 2175 miles now. I added today 1/2 quart and now is half full. I need three more rows to be in the full side. I guess I will need 1/4 quart to be full. I need to go to the dealer on Saturday and buy more oil. Attached is my current dipstick. I am happy that I am not in the "add oil side".

If you are not on the "add oil side", why are you going to add oil?

Remember, full is measured HOT. I'd say you're at a good level now, if not just a tad over. Fill it more and you'll be starting a new thread on why is my motor puking oil out the air cleaner.
