Question garage door opener

Just wondering if there was a way to hook up the garage door opener to say the high beam switch?

Sorry I can't help with your question, but welcome aboard! I have an opener in wife's car, my truck and the Tri. I keep the one for the trike in the little electronics compartment on the right side of the dash. It's on a little piece of velco in there. I just pop open the compartment door & press the opener while driving up my driveway.

I downloaded the MyQ app for my garage door hub and just open it with my Apple Watch. Works great and you never lose it. I think I paid about $50 bucks for the hub and sensor for Liftmaster. Works with several brands.

I had the same idea and it works very well. Easy to use, just push a button, close the garage door while backing down the driveway. Returning home, another push of the button, door opens and we roll right inside. No worries.

THe H-D garage door opener works off of the headlight switch but they aren't cheap.

Keep one in my windshield bag. Just reach up and push it as I start up the driveway.
