Default Replaced Bearing Retainer Plates

Ordered the DK Custom replacements rear bearing retainer plates which is much stronger and more stable than Harley original. Had 13500 miles on 2019 Triglide which has already been to Colorado on cross country ride. Done had very noticeable bearing witness marks and groove on original plates. Replaced plates, bearings and rear brake pads in the process. Feel much better now that this is done. Thank you DK Custom for all you do.

Default Bearing Retainer Plate Replacement

Not hard at all. You do need a good strong bearing press. Also if you do brake pads it requires a special tool to fit the 2 holes in plunger that turns the plunger while pushing in at same time. Made one by welding 2 pins to outside of socket to fit the holes.
