Common problem on the twin cam trikes. I snug mine up a couple of times and keep an eye on them.
I heard they recommend using grade 8 bolts that are thread all the way instead on the shoulder bolts. Red Loctite them in.

Many years back, my 2014 TriGlide was only about two years old.
Dealer found the bolt sheared off, Almost had to drill it out. And thats why i use
the dealer for service. I would not have known. And yes, free repair.
