I've been eyeing up the ProAction front fork kit, and have seen a few others including the DK "Intimidator" valve kits.
Any Input on the ProAction kit or any others!
Personal experience, pros or cons?

I just did this work on my 23TG - IMO, doing the fronts without doing the back will reap minimal benefits. I could see doing the backs then the fronts but not the reverse. I have Legends on the front and back. Changing the suspension on a trike and adding a lift kit is the best money you will ever spend on any bike... My friends have both the DK and Progressive kits on their TGs. Everyone is satisfied with the results of any brands.

I bought this 2014 TG (with only 5,600 miles on it) in September and getting all new paint and upgrades at this time.
I just installed the 14" ProAction shocks on it, and thought while it's apart to do the forks.
The more I'm thinking now... I'll ride it all this season and then maybe change the front forks for next winter upgrades. The paint is almost done and still have some minor changes before I bolt everything back on.
In my opinion, having had the 14 and now 21. Overkill is overkill. On my 14 i just changed the fluids to heavier fluids to 20 weight fork oil and it helped tremendously. I had the Pro Action 14 on it as well. It was good. On this 21 TG, I just installed the Ricor Intiminators from DK and it has made the front end smoother. Its all I can say, its just smoother. I dont think I would want anything any stiffer . For the money I am satisfied. I did transfer the 14 Pro Action shocks from the 14 to the 21. It still needs tweaking a bit but it rides good.
I dont think I would put a high performance front end on Tri Glide. On my 07 I had Progessive cartridges and it was stiff but very compliant. I did ride very aggressively in the mountains a lot so that was optimal but on the trike, not so aggressive.

Thanks for replying on here... you brought up a very good point. I definitely don't want a stiffer ride, and I'm sure there are pros & cons.
As I am waiting for my parts to get back from paint, (which will be soon) I'm just thinking that since everything is apart right now... to just "get the forks done" now since it's completely wide open.
I was then thinking that since I got this in September and only rode it a few weeks, I don't have a lot of comparison (before and after) to help justify any direction. Maybe I should wait & ride it another year & do it next year???
But now is the perfect time to do something to it in this stage.

The front forks are so easy to remove, calipers, fender, wheel, ignition cap and 4 screws. I jacked the front about 2” off the ground with a scissor block jack. Lowered the fork and re tightened on the lower triple tree only to loosen the fork cap. Putting the cap back on is the hardest part of the job.
If you do use Intiminators, I would find out if using 15 or 20 weight oil instead of 10 weight with the valves would work better for you? The leaning factor of a 2 wheel VS Trike might make a difference because you do want it to track a bit better. Ricor or DK Customs might be better to answer this but I can tell you just going to a Screaming Eagle heavy fluid should do you good.

Yes, I should have done this while I had the wheel off, lol! It's all back on... but you are correct, that it's easy to remove.
I guess it's just more convenient when I'm just staring at a skeleton right now & all tins are still currently off.
The attached pic was 2 weeks ago, it's all together now & just waiting on the tins to reassemble.

I decided to go with the ProAction fork kit.
Tonight I got the front disassembled and removed them.
Next week I'll run them down to PA (they're only 30 minutes away from me).
