Default Love Jugs Mighty Mites

Ordered the Love Jugs Mighty Mite cooling fans, worked on installing them yesterday and this morning.
wired with the in-line fuse to the battery. Checked the connections with my volt meter and I have power coming through the in-line fuse.
tried testing the fans before I installed them on the horn mount and NOTHING!!

It appears the only way to get customer service is via e-mail. Now that really sucks, If I'd known they have such poor CS communications I may have changed my decision to purchase this product!

Anyone on the forum have a customer service phone number for these folks.

Is it possible that they are temperature controlled/activated? 🤔

Is there an on/off switch? If not, how are they controlled to be turned on/off is not temperature controlled.

Did you connect a ground wire to the assembly to test prior to mounting?

Got a photo of the installation instructions to post?

I wired mine with their adapter https://love-jugs.com/product/3-pin-...rley-davidson/. So that it powers up with the ignition switch. There is an on/off switch on the mounting bracket too. I leave mine switched on so that they run anytime the bike is on run.

yes there is an on off switch, obviously there is a fault with the unit itself, I wanted to use the of/off switch for when the fans are not needed.
Everything was tested with the volt meter, good power, good ground, the fans do not spin,
One would think since they are made in the USA they would WORK!
And no CS phone number is real bitch, leaving the customer at the mercy of the Hammerhead Engineering, to get their emails answered in a timely manner

Contact Amsoil Adam at https://www.x-trembles.com/. He sells and does installations at most of the big motorcycle rallies.

Goose, they come pre-wired from Hammerhead Engineering. If you want to go the in-line fuse route, you snip off the supplied plug, and rewire with the in-line fuse.
I'm not going to open the on/off switch access plate, I'll let Hammerhead figure this one out.

I shouldn't have to bother Amsoil Adam, he didn't sell the product.
I do watch his videos on You Tube.

This is Hammerhead's f^^k up let them fix it.
