Looking at your post I can say I am looking forward to your release and pricing info. It might just get me off the fence on whether to buy a tri glide or not. Thanks for updating us.

The Triglide is a pretty sweet ride. I'm almost 100% positive a combination of the head pipe and the PCV from Jamie will solve the heat issues. The head pipe will go along way towards cooling things and the PCV will be icing on the cake. I know I'm looking forward to much cooler riding this coming summer.

Update: The Tri Glide headpipes are pretty well finished and we will start shipping late next week. The end product turned out very well, and this will truly be a great addition for the Tri Glide. We took the stock Tri Glide head pipe and vectored the coordinance of the outlet and inegrated this with our Jackpot 2/1/2. The outlet is mandrel bent and like the rest of the pipe is constructed from 304 aircraft grade stainless. The entire pipe is gas purged and Tig welded by hand by a master welder in a CNC fixture. Retail price is $489.00. We are now taking orders for them which will start shipping late next week. I will post some pictures early next week.

Jamie, because your new head pipes are not “true duals”, I am having a difficult time understanding exactly how your pipe will reduce the heat on my 2009 (NON-CAT) Tri-Glide. What is that advantage for us 2009 Tri-Glide owners that don’t have CAT’s? Will us 2009 NON-CAT TG owners also realize a “substantial” heat reduction by switching to your pipe? What am I missing…could you please explain?
Thank you,
