2345 is what I had calculated which I believe should get you pretty darn close. Once Mother nature gives me some good weather after she washes the roads I'm going to do some V-Tunes on my dads trike and will also cross check my calculations with the GPS.
Thanks for the help. I had used the VSS calculator & basically got the same numbers you have but was over thinking the process & trying to relate it to the primary ratio in the ECM Tuning Constants. I did my homework & figured out it is input in the actual programing phase. I finally ordered the sprocket and an Aim VP84T variable pressure clutch. Zanotti has the sprocket on backorder so ??? as to when I'll get the job done. Thanks again.
In my case the factory number was 2462. The Wiz sent me a starting calibration and that number changed to 2345. While we were at Doc Weavers TTS school, he canned the calibration Wix sent and made us build our own. We did a runout on his floor after four V-Tune runs with one tire revolution. That runout calculated to 2397 and we entered that on the final reflash.
I do not have a GPS, so I did radar and laser runs with the Lee County SO and the Cape Coral Police last week. My speedo is exactly 3mph slow after being shot at 60mph by both agencies.
I know you guys may have some tire wear and mine are new. I feel safe being 3mph slow and checked with M3. He suggested that I leave the setting alone, I concur and will leave it where it's at, as I really wouldn't know how much to decrease the setting to be accurate. Can't be too safe as our State Troopers have no sense of humor(lol).

Try Halls HD in Springfield, IL. I called and they had one on the shelf, no discount but. Had it within a week....
My local dealer has a 30th spocket on order for mine, its been back ordered for about 3 weeks now. I was hoping to get it installed before the weather starts warming up. Im going to have to worry about the speedo at a later date, cant afford the tts yet.

Thanks but I went ahead & placed the order with Zanotti. They don't think it's going to be long even if backordered. New problem is that the dealer doesn't want to quote a hard labor price, only an hourly rate. I've talked to two indys but neither has made me feel comfortable with their knowledge of the procedure on a trike. If I had two good hands I'd try it myself.
