Where is the dyno at and what is the cost. I see you are in NE Ohio and I am in S Michigan. My setup is slightly different with the tuner and I hope to get the gear change in a couple of weeks if my dealer can locate the 30t sproket. Thanks for all the info here.
The Dyno is located in Galeton, PA. at Larry's Sport Center. The cost of the custom map is 399.00 + tax. They are a HD Dealer + sell 4 wheelers,Yamaha's, and Suuzuki's.
This is my 2010 with TW-555 cams, jackpot head pipes, SE 3" 50 state legal mufflers and SE ventilator air cleaner. The tune is a conservative tune with an eye towards being safe with marginal fuel quality.
This sheet is the time in seconds to spool up and hit the rev limiter. This is my dads vs mine, red is his and blue is mine.
This sheet is my dads showing the difference in seconds between the SE255 cam with a 32 tooth transmission sprocket vs the TW-555 with the 30 tooth transmission sprocket. Blue is SE255 cams, green is TW-555 before tuning and red is TW-555 after tuning.
This afternoon I put a shade over 100 miles on while pulling my Aluma MCT, the ride was a mix of freeway and 2 lane. I have to say I like the changes and think this summer is going to be pretty good. While on the freeway I averaged 75 mph with a occasional run to 85 mph, the trike pulled 6th gear with the trailer like it wasn't even back there. While on my little road trip I decided to stop at Sam's club and do a little shopping since I had plenty of room. I went home via 2 lane roads and at one point I passed a couple cars like there were standing still. Now for some hot weather and a passenger on back while pulling the trailer.
Can you do a fair comparison now between the SE255 cam and Woods 555? Or would the addition of the 30 tooth pulley just invalidate that?
The 30 tooth changes things so apples to apples is tough. I can say the addition of the 30 tooth and the TW555 does what I want, nice part is they don't lay over at 4,200 rpm like the SE255. I passed 2 cars yesterday and when I dropped it down a gear and twisted the wick 5,000 rpm came quick and it was still pulling hard.

I was pleased with how it ran, here is a pic of the Triglide and trailer from yesterday. I was skeptical on how the trailer would pull seeing it sets tongue high. I had it up to close to 90 mph and it was right behind me with no problems, even while on the freeway and the wind was blowing hard.
