Default Trike + 4 inch mufflers

Does anyone know if 4inch mufflers will fit on a 2012 TriGlide? A friend of mine says no problems. My concern is the facia cutouts rubbing. Anyone else know?

skeeter 250: I have 4 inch Reinhart slip-ons on my 2012 Tri-Glide. Had similar concerns. No problems. Good luck.

Cool, thanks for the reply. I have the mufflers in the garage, ready to go on when I get time. Did you do anything with the header pipe?

Uh, I thought they came with 4" mufflers. At least that's what I thought I got when I put a dial gauge on the fat part.

Did I mis-measure?

Thanks for measuring them. Now I'm curious. I think I'll measure mine. Duh.

I don't know about the 2012 but my 09 came with 3" on it. I replaced them with the SE 4" and have no problem with them hitting the body.

I have the V & H Monster Rounds and they are four inch and no problems here. I also have the lift kit on and have not scraped yet.

Mine has Cobra Tri Ovals. They did drag on some humps, however the lift brackets solved that problem.
