Default Rear fender clearance

I would like some feedback from fellow Tri Glide riders. I have a 2011 Tri Glide which I like with 17k mles. My question/problem is rear fender clearance. When I first got it it was 1/2" too much to one side. After the first adjustment they got it to within 1/4" and said that was the best they could do. I also dealt with the factory. That's another story in itself. With all this being said I'd like to ask fellow Tri Glide riders to cup your hand under the fender well on both sides and see the difference in clearance.

I say you have to run like hell to both sides at the same time!

Default body lean

This is a common problem as most of them are low on the LH side if you do a search on this site you will find lots of info. on this. What is wrong is the frame assembly that supports the rear body and fenders sits crooked ( low on the left side ) and with mine there wasn't enough adjustment in the slotted adjustment holes to get it level so I took a pee wee grinder to the holes and elongated them so that it would sit level, but you could also add shims or washers between the frame and body and accomplish the same thing. The body is held on with either six or eight bolts, unplug the elect. connectors and two guys can lift it off easily then you can see the frame assembly and level it.

Thanks for the reply and info. You are correct in your response. The motor co doen't care that there's an issue either. Anyways, I'll try and do what you said to fix it.
