Default I'm done...back where it belongs

In my garage! There is no recall on the master cylinder on the Trikes, I have both service bulletins. All that was required on the TriGlide was an inspection to make sure it had the correct assembly for a hydraulically actuated clutch. It does.

The master cylinder on the Trikes is different than the ones on the two wheel Touring bikes.

I got the service department to do the inspection even though at first they didnt want to because they haven't received the parts kit in case it had the clutch release plate for a manually actuated clutch. It took a little persuading but they came around to my way of thinking. The TriGlide is now back in my garage and I'm done with this recall mess!

That is great news. Would you be able to post the service bulletins?

One has no significance to the the TriGlides. That is the one that deals with the master cylinders.
Moe, if you post the pic that you posted on TrikeTalk, it would be extremely helpful. It shows how the TriGlides should be equipped. Anybody that PMs me and wants a copy of the service bulletin that directly relates to the TriGlides, I will email them a copy of the service bulletin. Keep in mind, I still work for a living.

Bottom line is, for the TriGlides, the recall is all about making sure you don't have the clutch release plates meant for a non hydraulic clutch.
