I tried to answer your PM but I think you have a setting that won't let you receive replies, so I'll answer it here. BTW, I see you have 0 posts so welcome to the forum.
"The post says you sent detailed instructions for the install. Would you send them to me as well? Would really help. BTW; HD says that the CB Modules acts as the antenna. My friends who have installed the CB say that if you want to talk more than 10 feet away you need the antenna."
I don't know what post you saw but I haven't installed a cb yet on my trike so you my have gotten me mixed up another poster. If you use the search feature you'll find a lot of posts about installing the cb module.
Everything I've read states that you need to install the antenna and also a small antenna stud that goes between the antenna and the tourpak.
If you have any questions about installing or what parts you'll need, just post it here and someone will answer it. the forum members here are a wealth of knowledge and don't mind sharing their collective wisdom.
