Wind sock problems

Have behind the neck headsets for me and the wife, with wind socks, but still get a lot of wind through the headsets for both of us. Was wondering if anyone out there has mastered this problem? It's the same with the Harley headset and others, have on some occasions just pull the sets down around the neck and listened to the music through thcspeakers. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Are you wearing them correctly?? Wife and I both wear them and don't have wind noise problems, helmet or not. Good luck

rowdy02 I experience the same problem and it is associated to the intercom. Keep playing with the vox til you find a sweet spot. Also when it is very windy we push our mics up further in the helmet shield, actually above our lips

My friend had a similar problem he had the intercom off but the mic on his headset was turned and facing forward. Wind and riding on the highway made it worse.

Vox

Adjust your Vox until it quits picking up the wind or any other noises you don't want to hear. Of course you may have to shout in order to open the vox to talk.
