Used a 2.0 flash drive and it worked fine, thanks everyone for the help

Yep, make sure your drive is 2.0. Had my glide in for the 5K service, they did what they said was a latest update, but on the drive home found that NAV was gone and they had installed 1.17.4. So did the download from HD and did the install myself, all is good.
Called the dealer and gave them this info.

Where on Harley site did you find 1.18.1

I found it, but trying to download got a message "software download temporariy unavailable".

It was posted on another thread that the 1.18.1 has been removed from the site and new update will be out late October.

Meaning the developers screwed up and now need to patch their patch!
