Hello Everyone its been a while since I have been on the site. I built the engine it was originally stock 96er, to a 107 Scott Palmer bored my stock cylinders and had ordered the correct pistons for the setup, compression was set @ 11:1 and his brother did the Head work with 2.020 intake valves and 1.630 exhaust heads, intake runners were 1.800 with a matching HPI 55mm Throttle body with 5.3 injectors. The heads were flowing @ 302 cfm's . running S&S 585 cams with 1.725 rockers on intake valves making it a 615/585 setup. which R&R cycle has now in a set of cams. running a modified Thunder header which Dan Thayer had me tweek the baffles as he tuned the bike that day, two hours later it was on Scott Palmer's dyno and the number were the same . 129HP/125 TQ check out this video https://youtu.be/Q27MQPTftjI?si=xy4OtzfDBVlDRmlV

Hey Todd, thanks for posting I still love listening to it.. Hope all is well...
So 2 more HP but 2 less peak torque than my 127/126. Was it an all bore 107 or a stroker?
Did you ever get yours on the dyno yet? I'm curious what it does with that exhaust.

That does sound sweet. Bigger diameter exhaust than my Softail and deeper tone that I like too. Nice!. The Thunderheader is one if the best sounding 2in1s there is imo.
So Dan tuned yours? Don't know the guy but I'm a firm believer in and run his 3 stage pump in mine. I assumed he lived around my neck of the woods since he use to work for S&S.
So with an IVC of 54° @ 11:1 what's your CCP then?
Now I'm really curious what a 55/58 max flow really does in terms of top end hP. I think it's partly why I'm getting 127hp with the Tman 590 and it's 43° IVC. No way to really know without running a 55 or 58 and dynoing.
My cam 615/585 has a IVC of 46. with 205 CCP and DAN Thayer lives in Corfu new york.
Well you're right on target then. No pun intended. My CCP is 212.
Yours is one of the nicest 107s I've seen. It's not often your break 125 with both up HP and Torque.
