MPG i getat higway speeds 38 and at back road cruising as high as 42 . it likes that 55-60 mph range. once you hit that 75-80 it drops . As far as heat not as hot as my sporty or my friends altra .hope i helped
My 06 Night Rod runs nowhere near as hot as my 08 Road Glide. Mileage on the Night Rod is high 30's around town and low 40's on the highway. My engine is bone stock.
Everyone usually gets in the low 30s for city and low 40s for highway unless the bike has been modded in some way. Some will get in the high 30's but then it's not constant stop and go traffic.
