Insurance???

If you traded in your bike for a V-rod, did your insurance go up? If so, by how much?

yep mine went up by about 300.00 bucks. but it depends on who you use and how much coverage you want. i bought the best of everything. check with harley insurance thats where i got mine. good luck

I went from a 99 Heritage springer to a night rod, my rate went up about $50.00 a year with full coverage from AAA ins. I am in So Cal just outside of L.A.

You should expect a increase in your insurance premium with a VRSC. My Brother has cheaper insurance on his FLHTCUI, but his is a "old man's bike" and mine is a power-cruiser.

Haven't traded the big twins. Just added the VRSCA in '03. Annual Premiums with Progressive...

'02 FLSTC: $156
'03 VRSCA: $164
'04 FXDWG: $147

Location has an enormous effect on the premiums.
